This Castleknock rennovation involved internal refurbishment of an existing semi-detached dwelling. Living, Dining and Kitchen were joined together to open up the rear of the dwelling. A new entrance hall was formed incorporating refurbished stairs and cloak room. Upstairs two small bathrooms were reconfigured to form one larger bathroom accessible from an enlarged Master Bedroom and hallway. Daylight penetrates the first floor by removing the ‘box’ room and allowing light deep into the plan and threaded through the open riser stairway to the attic.
