The Passive House Design & Build Process
As an architect we deal with many clients, who are unsure of the entire process, from conceptualisation to realisation. Building a custom designed home can be intimidating if it’s a process you’re not familiar with. I’ve heard horror stories of homeowners barely surviving, having wasted thousands of euros with contractors who took advantage when they have the upper hand, or being tied up in court, slowly losing their sanity when they realised they were out of their depth.
