The Minna Connemara project involved the retrofit and extension to an existing dwelling constructed in the mid 1990’s in a very exposed site in Connemara. Low Energy Design acted as Passive House Consultant’s on this EnerPHit Type project. We prepared the PHPP and whilst the overall EnerPHit Certification was not pursued, it achieved high standards of insulation, airtightness, ventilation and thermal bridging. The project was A rated on completion
