This Sion Hill Road Dublin renovation involved internal refurbishment of an existing semi-detached dwelling and demolition of an existing very small narrow kitchen and external utility to the rear. The rear of the existing was rearranged to accommodate access to a new kitchen extension, providing for a WC and new Utility space. The kitchen has window seating in a bay window to the rear provide a strong visual connection between kitchen and garden. A small courtyard is formed between the extension and outside the existing dining space, clad in brick to form an outdoor room for enjoyment in finer weather.
