    DESCRIPTION:

    This Somerton Dublin renovation involved internal refurbishment of an existing semi-detached dwelling to re-arrange the existing kitchen at ground floor and form a new study space, rearrange some bedroom and bathroom accommodation at first floor and extend to the rear for a new dining space and to the sides at first floor for 2 new bathrooms. Daylight was of paramount concern and floods into the existing kitchen space, new dining space and establishes a direct relationship between the dining and rear garden.
